After the release of Jev from Typesafe AI, I did what I usually do: build to understand.
This time, the use case was ticket triage, presented in a highly visual way.
Working with AI, this step feels so significant that I had to test it myself before I could truly trust it.
This video demonstrates how quickly tickets can be triaged in real time using the JEV API, without any caching or pre-processing.
The speed and accuracy make it clear that we are entering a new phase of AI-powered workflows and automation.
