OpenWhisper Meeting Mode with Jev

This project integrates Jev into OpenWhisper's Meeting Mode to act as a fast judgment layer, returning probabilities or labels that OpenWhisper uses for tasks like topic change detection, command recognition, and insight review.

I've added @typesafeai 's Jev to OpenWhisper Meeting Mode. We use Jev as a fast judgment layer: it returns probabilities or predefined labels that OpenWhisper acts on using Jev’s structured-decision model.
