Jev Integration with Activegraph

This project integrates Jev into Activegraph for decision routing, potentially improving upon previous scoring methods.

First thing I am doing with @typesafeai 's Jev is wiring it into @yoheinakajima 's Activegraph. Was using DiffussionGemma for some quick decision routing. I have a feeling it's going to crush my current score on ProactiveVideoQA.
