PatchOpsAi Argument Validator Performance

This project compares the performance of Jev against Luna for an argument validator and scanner within @PatchOpsAi.

I have an argument validator built into @PatchOpsAi using Luna. I just tested @typesafeai. Jev took 195–251 ms on the arg validator and 221–901 ms on the scanner, against Luna's 1.1–2.8s. Ohhh my.
