Jev for Payment Failure Classification

Jev is a system that classifies payment failures by analyzing factors like customer annoyance, time sensitivity, and repeat occurrences, then uses deterministic rules to set priority and route issues.
TakeOne Jev call can classify: what kind of failure, how annoyed the customer is, time-sensitive?, churn signal?, repeat failure?

My hypothesis: payments is one of its strongest use cases
Nobody notices when a payout works. Everyone notices when it breaks.
Take a failed payout (diagram, illustrative values). It pulls in multiple teams to triage.

Each answer has a probability plus an overall confidence.
Deterministic rules then set priority and route. A PSP issue goes to the PSP account team, tier and amount raise priority, low confidence goes to a human.
Jev suggests. Rules decide.
