clicked run on the lead qualification spec I was building blind. no waitlist theorizing left, just the actual thing.
100ms. structured output, clean, no parsing needed on my end.
I've built lead scoring skills in Claude before, different tools, different approaches. they work but take their time, and sometimes drift off the prompt or leak past a filter it should've caught.
this didn't. felt weirdly precise for something that fast.
ran it on the exact edge case I was worried about too, the borderline lead where the data itself is ambiguous, not the model.
Jev put it in review instead of forcing a verdict either way. that's the gate-not-verdict thing people were saying, working as advertised.
still comes down to how you write the question. same as every model. but at this speed and this price, "should we even bother classifying every reply" stops being a real question.
Building the rest of the workflow now.
