This one will hard-block unlimited approval to an unknown spender, setApprovalForAll(true) to a random operator, permit2-max to a stranger, and an EIP-712 chain id that doesn’t match. Jev can say “allow.” If a hard rule says block, the report is still block. Math stays in code.
