Each agent has a role - Product Guy, GTM Guy, Content Strategist, Outreach Manager, Lead Generator, Meeting Notes Manager, etc.
They auto detect relevant keywords and conversations, understand whether something falls within their responsibility, and pick up tasks themselves.
For example, if the founder and team are discussing a product problem, the Product Agent can acknowledge that it will take ownership, create the task, work on it, and come back with a report - without the founder explicitly assigning it.
The idea is basically: Now you vibe-code your SaaS while having an AI team of industry-level employees handling product, GTM, content, outreach, lead generation, meeting preparation, and the overall workflow orchestration.
And, JEV acts as a classification layer that routes tasks to the right agent, validates the output, and learns from outcomes.
Unlike skill files or traditional orchestration, humans don’t have to manage every task - the agents monitor conversations, identify work, take ownership, execute, and report back, while also reducing unnecessary AI/API credit usage.
