Up to 255 options and 32k tokens. The only one that can take a voice-browser DOM dump and pick among 100 button IDs in one pass.
Laya
Budget is ~192 tokens for all choice labels combined. Total context tops out around 512–1024 tokens. Past ~20 options you get silent truncation or errors. Fast and local. Not built for long menus.
Jev-Qwen
Hard cap: 50 options. Fine for narrow routers.
Rule of thumb:
20 options or fewer → Laya
50 options → Jev-Qwen
100+ IDs, selectors, or actions → TypeSafe Jev
